GUIDELINES AND MECHANICS
1. The contest is open to all Filipinos at least 15 yrs old currently residing in the Philippines. Amateurs and
professionals in graphic design are all encouraged to join.
2. The contest is open only to individuals. Entries from group or organizations will not be accepted.
3. Each participant is only allowed to submit one (1) entry.
4. The Logo must meet the below design brief:
a. Created in an A4 size using any graphic editing tools or software.
b. In digital format with a file extension of PNG, JPEG, or PDF in at least 300 DPI resolution.
c. Against a white or transparent background; there are no restrictions in the number of colors to be used.
d. Include the name of The Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry-Quezon Province Inc., 1991; must use the elements that will symbolize the powers and functions of the PCCI-Quezon Province Inc.
e. The 2 blue pillars of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry must be included or be incorporated on the design.
f. Free from any watermarks, electronic signature, initials, or name of the participants.
5. A brief description in not more than 300 words in English or Filpino explaining the concept, design and elements of the logo must be included in the submission of entry.
6. The contest is purely online. Entries must be sent through email to pcci.qpi@gmail.com with the subject Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry- Quezon Province Inc., 1991 Logo Making Contest (Full Name).

Each participant must also attach in the email the photo or scanned copy of the following:
7. Entries must be submitted on or before March 15, 2025 until March 31, 2025.
8. Entries will be judged based on the following criteria
9. All entries must not be published on any media platform prior to the announcement of winners
10. The announcement of winners is on April 3, 2025. The PCCI Quezon Province Inc. shall contact the winners via email and telephone call.
11. The winners shall receive cash prizes amounting to Php 5,000. All participants will receive a Certificate of Participation.
12. By entering the contest, the participants declares that the submitted entry is original works created solely by the participants, have not been submitted to any other contest, and does not infringe on any existing copyrights. The participants agree to the online disclosure and publication of their full name and entry related to the announcements of the results of the contest.
13. All submitted entries shall be considered as properties of the PCC-Quezon Province Inc.
14. The winners shall provide the raw file used to create the logos The PCCI-Quezon Province Inc. shall have the right to further refine or make adjustments and alterations on the winning Logo, necessary.

4. Participants must develop a website based on Quezon Province's Creativity, Tourism, Business and or any representation of Quezon Province.
5. All web pages must be created using Onty HTML and CSS. The use of bootstrap or similar frameworks is not allowed.
